Built on the belief that strong ideas deserve a strong visual language, the program offers a grounded, flexible structure for those shaping culture through their work. As a resident, you’ll have access to both Casa Bona and Howell Studios, with ongoing advisory and small-group masterminds led by Co-founder, Creative Director, and Visual Communications professor Johann Bona.

Advisory support includes brand refinement, narrative clarity, and strategic positioning. Creative direction may also be engaged, offering deeper involvement across founder image, identity systems, narrative, campaign design, and production.

Workshops and guest conversations round out the platform, creating space for dialogue, reflection, and meaningful exchange with others on a similar path.
