Kindly note, all our bookings are prepaid. We also require a security deposit of $1000 per day along with a Credit Card Authorization Agreement that you may sign online. We can settle the security deposit 24hrs before your booked date. Once confirmed that the studio and building are left as found (no damages/missing items), we’ll refund the security deposit back. We use Stripe for our payment system and their processing takes up to 7 business days to reflect on your statement.
